I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flow-Cal (Houston, TX) in May 2015
Interview
First round paper based technical quizzes. I remember it's around 1:30 hours. Then it's some general HR questions. It's pretty lay back. If you have solid knowledge of computer science and you are creative, you will be fine.

Interview
Short phone interview, easy questions like "what is your favorite class?", nothing technical. The actual interview is a little more involved, when first arriving they will hand you a test to work on for about an hour, maybe a little less. The test itself isn't too difficult but with the time limit, it may be a little hard to completely finish, mostly covers the basics of Computer Science. Afterwards you will be interviewed by three people, one a project lead, and you will get relatively simple questions, mostly on your experience, past projects, etc.
