This is the longest recruitment process I have ever experienced.
I applied in FEB 2018 and got the first interview invite in APR 2018. The first one was a simple HR Skype call. It went well and they sent me a home assignment as a next step in the their process.
In MAY 2018, I got a positive feedback regarding my assignment and they scheduled another technical Skype call with 2 guys (People Manager & Senior Designer) which we discussed my overall experience, my workflow and what I did in the assignment.
A couple of days later, I got another positive feedback inviting me to an Onsite Interview at their office in Berlin.
They first scheduled it to be in early JUN, but, they couldn't manage it right and rescheduled it to another date in mid JUN.
The onsite interview agenda was to have a live assignment with the iOS team, but the team it self didn't know that I was coming and they didn't have available assignments to give. So, we just sat talking again about my workflow and experience. Then, I got another meeting with a people manager, agile coach and a product owner all together for about 1 hour and we talked about my experience, motivations and other generic stuff.
At the end, I was told that I would get their feedback within 2 weeks.
Finally, it took them more than 3 weeks to tell me that they decided to move forward with another candidate.
I applied in FEB and got their final feedback in JUL :D
