Flip (Indonesia) interview questions

The process was very organized. It started with a resume screening, followed by an interview with the HR and the manager. They were friendly and explained the job expectations clearly.

The interview process felt unnecessarily long and over-engineered. Many of the questions did not align with the actual job responsibilities. One interviewer’s attitude came across as dismissive, which made the experience uncomfortable and disengaging.
