Interview
The interview process started out with a call from the recruiter. Then it got weird with four back-to-back 1-on-1 interviews over zoom. This meant that it ended up being a 3.5-4 hour interview with no break. Sure, the interviewers only had to spend 40-60 minutes of their time interviewing. But the candidate needed to stay on top of their game for over 3 hours without recollecting themselves. It was an awful process and it shows how unprepared and directionless they are. Obviously, when they rejected me there was no explanation given. Even after a second and third email to the recruiter, no response. Don't waste your time. There are better startups out there that will treat candidates like human beings.

They surprised you in the first interview with a prioritization exercise. Basically asking you to determine which accounts to follow up on first based on certain logistic parameters. This is an entry-level position and I assumed there would be training involved to answer that question.

It was a great interview process. Got to talk to multiple people in various roles at the organization. Everyone was very informative & transparent about the job & what it would take to be successful.
