The Hiring process was nothing from the way I was informed it would be. Though I clearly stated that I am new to the conference industry they asked me to develop a conference as a test on which I would be judged. The MD who interviews you is extremely gullible and his interview questions can be dealt with easily. The other interview rounds were conducted by people who are available to take interviews from the current work force. When I was finally hired, I did see my colleagues throw interviews to one another. Its a joke!
