Spoke over the phone with someone from HR, then had a longer phone interview with the head of the department. The interviewer was new to the company, and the department was just being built. The interviewer was over 10 minutes late to call me, and seemed rushed at the end. She asked typical behavioral/personality questions, asked about my past research experience, my experience working with customers, etc.
