The interview process consisted of an HR phone screen call, a call with the hiring manager, an onsite interview with folks from a bunch of different teams, and a writing exercise. I found each piece to be insightful from the perspective of my getting to know Flatiron and I believe the folks I interacted with were able to get an accurate feeling for me. When I was presented with an offer, I was very excited to join the team!
