Flat Iron interview questions

It was a group interview, and we had to do multiple tasks, including building a balloon tower as a group and getting to know each other. They did one on one interviews after.

Applied online. It took about a week to get a call interview, quite easy and people development focused. After that I had to wait another one or two weeks for a similar interview with one of the Operation Managers. Trial shift was not well organised though, GM responsible for hosting not on site and management unaware of my CV or knew what I was there for. They asked cold/indifferent, didn't interview me and just put me to shadow/run a section as a former Bar Manager during a decent lunch. Terrible experience
