Very informal. Sent me an email to arrange details. The manager who supposed to interview was over 30 minutes late. He was not professional at all. He spoke to me as if we were long time friends from high school.

Just make sure you have work experience in management. Other than you flip burger all day they have benefits but not good ones. There is a lot of information about the third party health inspector they bring in.
