Interview
Very simple, experience is desired by the manager. As someone who later went on to interview people for crew positions and manager positions, it's a matter of smiling, being presentable and giving simple examples--don't go over the top and say this is your dream job.

Easy and straight forward, they ask you questions based on what you would do in certain senerios and how you would handle customer interactions easy if you are able to come off confident

Trail Shift shows a day in their life. Observing if you have active communication skills and how quickly you pick up things. Ask for previous work experience and how you can contributed to the team.
