The interview process was a sit down formal interview asking standard questions about kitchen experience and gauging personality. Interviewers were very nice and transparent about the job. Job job to get experience into the food and beverage industry.

sat me down for about 20 mins asking me questions, very laid back interview, told me to take my nails off so i can do a trail shift, took my nails off, got rejected, happy days, 55 pounds wasted!

The interviewer was nice and laid back asked general background information. Walked me around the position and demonstrated what was expected of myself. Interviewer was great when I asked about being flexible with hours.
