Began with 3 phone interviews, ultimately led to a flight out to Portland, OR with hotel, transportation and meal accommodations all paid for. Arrived a day prior to interview and was encouraged to explore the area on my own. The day of the interview I was given a quick tour of the building and then brought to a single small room with some Fisher brochures and a bottle of water. 3 separate groups of 2 individuals came in to the room to interview for their specific departments. This was a general interview as Fisher looks for "fit" rather than have recent college grads interview for a specific position. In all, I had a very positive experience but ultimately declined the position for personal reasons.
One last thing I remembered, I went a few weeks and heard nothing from them, and then randomly one night at 10:30 PM EST I received a phonecall from a sales executive in CA. This would have been 7:30PM PST so I'm really not sure why they would have called me so late for either of our timezones. This honestly was a very strange phonecall which was basically to determine my interest in working in a sales role. I gave answers that displayed I was open to the possibility but it was not my first choice. After ultimately not accepting an offer, I received another phone call over a month later with another offer for a sales position which I also declined. Very strange.
