it was a good process. kinda long and drawn out but department heads are kind and very engaging. consists of behavioral questions in the second round and the third round is a zoom with head manager.
two phone calls and 1 video call, behavioral questions, questions were situation-based ex: tell me about a time, you definitely need to know about Fisher Investments and what type of company they are

Laid back with great interviewers. Got to interview with head of the group at that time. Made effort to ensure I understood position and what the role would entail. Recruiting team was enormous help and made me feel welcome
