They'll meet you on campus, ask for a resume, and may ask for you to apply online. You'll either have an in-person interview or a phone interview. They take their time getting back to you (later found out my recruiter was fired since he wasn't timely on anything - so it may not reflect everyone). Mostly behavioral based questions. They're looking for a company fit and also someone who can get the Fisher name out on their campus.
two phone calls and 1 video call, behavioral questions, questions were situation-based ex: tell me about a time, you definitely need to know about Fisher Investments and what type of company they are

it was a good process. kinda long and drawn out but department heads are kind and very engaging. consists of behavioral questions in the second round and the third round is a zoom with head manager.
