Fiserv Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Tester-Manual Testing interview questions

I had a telephonic round and based on that I was called in for a F2F in Bangalore. In F2F there was a written test followed by a VC interview with someone in Noida. That Person who was in Noida was some head or something at a high post. When i asked him questions and queries about the project , he said he cannot answer that as he is not that close to the project and told to ask the Manager. The Manager was not even there in Bangalore so whom I am supposed to ask the questions then !!! Salary offered was not upto the expected levels and I asked as per the ,market levels and in that too i was ready to compromise . When i rejected the salary offer,I think so the same guy with whom I had a VC interview called me and started giving long stories about how Fiserv is and why are you not joining , we are giving this , that etc etc.!!!! More-over he is not even ready to listen to my point of view and is not ready to hear me out even.
