I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fiserv (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2014
Interview
The interview process was thorough and focused on leadership, management style, influencing others and driving for results. I initially did a phone screen with the recruiter followed by 4 1x1 phone interviews as the group in which I would be assigned was remote from the Atlanta office. After passing all the phone interviews, I was invited to an on-site interview with a Senior Director and another peer Director. It was about an hour in duration and again focused on executive presence, communication and interpersonal skills.

I applied online. I interviewed at Fiserv (Berkeley Heights, NJ)
Interview
Recruiter reached out was very engaged in the beginning. Finished first round, second round with great communication. After second round I reached out once, twice and a third time…. and there was crickets. Almost feels like it’s HR without the H (human) element. In retrospect am glad it did not work out as I've heard terrible things about how they treat the workforce. Anyone reading this is cautioned. Don’t waste your time.
Lengthy! It took forever from the time of my first interview until the offer. As a result of it taking so long I decided to go with a different company and a better offer.

VP of Talent reaches out interview goes well and said i would be interviewing with hiring manager. He told me to call by a certain date if i dont hear from him. I had to call him and get sent to voicemail. Then send a tracked email and saw he opened it and didn't respond. Just wish there was some clarity and he explicitly told me i would be moving to the next round.
