easy , phone interview. HR will take screening . They will call for interview if selected. They will ask your status whether green card, H1 . They don't do sponsorship now a days. % days work in the office. No work from home.

Was having 4 rounds - aptitude , one manual and one automation and managerial and last HR round . Aptitude was easy but the automation and manual testing interviews were a little hard and managerial was good

Got the call immediately after the interview for expectations. But it took almost a month to relaese the offer letter.
