      Middle Management Interview

      Jan 24, 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I interviewed at Fiserv in Jan 2022

      Interview

Got email from a recruiter to set up invite thro calendly. Meeting set up after seeing a long lag due to limited availability. Tollfree number was shared by the invite. recruiter did not dial in… however lets give the recruiter benefit of concession of holiday season although he/she could have blocked own calendar. Worst is no follow up for almost 3 weeks as a courtesy call to update the latest - inspite leaving a voicemail tonthe recruiter as a good gesture. Does this reflect the culture? Do you really feel like working for organization?
