Interview
Went through several phone interviews over the course of 2 months. I spoke with/interviewed with a few different people, and they didn't seem to be organized. Often I would be reaching out to them regarding the next steps. Finally after 2 months I got to go in for an interview, which I told would be the final one. It was strongly implied that they felt very good about me and only 1 other person came in for an in person interview.
During the 2 months of phone interviews, I interviewed other places and received an offer from another company right after my Fiserv interview. I asked if Fiserv could make a decision within a day and I again was told they "didn't see any reason I wouldn't be given an offer," but would have to check with a few other people. Fortunately, I took the other job offer because they got back to me several days later saying I didn't have enough experience for the role.
Applied using an employee referral, received two interviews and then ghosted even after sending a follow up email. The role was reposted after two weeks. Sent follow up email with no response.
Applied online and received a message to set time up for an initial chat. Sent my availability but didn’t hear back. I followed up and finally got scheduled by being sent a calendar invite with no response message.
Showed up to the call, interviewer didn’t show. I had to follow up and was rescheduled for later that day. During the interview, interviewer was at their desk with others walking around in the background. The interview itself was standard but didn’t really feel like they were engaged. Overall I felt that I didn’t have a great experience as a candidate.

Interview
The interview process was very smooth. Quick and very informative. I met the recruiter and then 3 managers within the same week. The whole process, including offer extension, was done in a week. Very efficient and got to meet a ton of great individuals.
