The recruiter first contacted me to set up a phone-interview-appointment with him to discuss my work history.
He then told me he would discuss my qualifications with the hiring manager and if the hiring manager was interested then I would go on to a second interview. I went on a second phone interview and the questions were again about work history and "what if's". I went on to a third and final interview, this time it was with a manager and an executive who also asked more or less the same questions. I unfortunately did not get the job. I don't believe the interview was that difficult, they just chose to go with someone who had prior experience in the same area.
The people I interviewed with were very nice and polite. The people in the office seemed nice as well.
