4 Rounds: Resume Screening, Technical & 2 Partner Rounds. Technical Round was basic theory and at no point was I asked to code anything. Partner rounds were brain teasters (written in interview questions) and some personal questions. Candidates applying for DA and BA positions were asked case studies in the partner rounds but SWE only got brain teasters. As of 2023, this company only has *4* full time SWE employees. They said they were hiring full time employees but offered internships to the candidates that made it to round 4.
