Went through four interviews before getting rejected. They make you do an "assignment" which is coming up with a cold call script and email. You have to pitch someone from the SDR team. I feel negative toward companies that take up your time like this as you are essentially doing something you would normally be paid for.

The fourth interview they purposely try to make difficult by asking questions to throw you off. I never understood what this is supposed to prove.

Interview
I recently interviewed for an SDR role at FirstUp, which involved a recruiter call, a hiring manager interview, and a peer interview. The entire process took about two weeks. However, just two hours after my final interview, I received a rejection email with no specific feedback, despite requesting it. Instead, I was given a generic rejection message. The lack of transparency and communication felt unprofessional and did not reflect well on the candidate experience. I encourage others to keep this in mind when considering opportunities with FirstUp.
