Interview
I went through an extensive interview process with First United Bank, over several months and more than seven interviews for one position. While the recruiters were polite, communication was inconsistent and updates were slow. There was little transparency about the next steps, and after investing so much time, I was ultimately declined without meaningful feedback.
For future candidates, I’d suggest asking early on about the interview timeline and what to expect between rounds. The company promotes strong values, but my candidate experience didn’t reflect that same level of care or respect for applicants’ time.

Interview
Phone interview, and never heard back. Sent an email two weeks later to see what was going on, and was told I would hear back by the end of the week. Followed up again and haven't heard anything since.
