The interviewers were very friendly and welcoming. I felt very comfortable being interviewed by associates and directors. They really ensure you are not stressed throughout the interview and it is absolutely not intimidating.
Expect 3-5 rounds of interviews for the summer internship as FRB scouts for potential candidates that reflect the core values of the company. All were held on zoom. About 1 BD to 5BD turnaround with each interview results. Difficult due to multiple rounds but questions were fairly straightforward.

- Which value would you say is the most important? Least important? - Tell me a time you problem-solved in a high stress situation. - Tell me about yourself and background.
The interview was fairly easy. Basic questions asked in the first interview. The recruiter was very focused and dedicated and asked questions regarding prior work experience. Overall a pleasant experience.
