all they want to know is that you have a huge book, but be ware they may end up firing you to poach that book of business, so make sure that you have a strong following of clients before you make that jump.

There were several rounds of interviews (10 plus). Ultimately the process took so long and the business strategy was a bit too narrow so I decided to turn down a strong offer even though I was generally impressed with the leadership team (nepotism aside). And then, they failed a while later. Best decision ever…

They asked detailed questions about my business strategy.
It was lengthy and the communication process wasn't good. I had over 8 interviews and met over eight people. Then they didn't get back to me for two weeks even though I was following up constantly.
