It was easy and friendly. The hiring manager made me feel welcome but asked a lot of questions I wasn't ready for. I didn't expect of all these questions.

Interview
30 min Phone interview conducted by the Branch Manager, followed one week later by a second in person interview conducted by the Manager and her Assistant.
They were courteous and professional .

Apply with resume. Phone Interview. In person interview. Once I was hired got a call from HR asking about how it went and hired me. Set up a week long training the next week.
