Interview
First interview was over phone. Main topics were my professional experience details, details about the company, the job opportunity, salary expectation. Second interview was technical coding one that lasted 1 hour and contained multiple problems to solve. Third interview was also technical but verbal Q&A also lasting one hour.

Interview
I was contacted by the company to participate in a phone interview for the position of the Senior Software Engineer.
Although I waited for 40 more minutes, I never received the call. I followed up with an email to ask if they would like to reschedule the interview and I never received a reply.
To me, that is a company that does not value the time of its candidates. Situations like these are usually the tip of the iceberg and resemble the organisation and culture that exists in the company.
Overall, a very negative experience and a big warning sign to not approach this company again in the future.

Interview
I was contacted by HR and received an invitation to a phone interview later that week (which I confirmed).
The HR representative never called, I waited for 45 minutes to ensure that a generous time frame was given in the case that something went wrong.
I followed up with an e-mail asking whether the company would like to reschedule the interview for another date.
I never heard back from them again.
This was a rather unprofessional behaviour from the HR department since it seems they do not really value the time of their candidates.
