Responded within a few days of my application asking for a zoom interview. Following this zoom interview (no longer than a week later) I was asked to come in for a in person interview. Within the next week and a half I was called with an offer, as well as a brief amount of details. The full details were sent to me via email.

Name a time where a client or customer was either angry or dissatisfied and how did you handle it?
Sent application, heard back promptly about scheduling. Completed one interview, was notified that I didn't receive the position but encouraged to apply again in the future. Overall a very smooth interview process.
