Virtual meeting with the Chairman and a lunch with the CEO. I was required so submit anonymized work product and conduct a case study following those first two meetings. It was not a lengthy process, but they ultimately chose an alternative candidate.

Met with Director of underwriting online. A follow-up session with the CEO was the final step. I was required to submit a list of lenders I have worked with in the past. The work was for the US government.
