Simple interview process. Two step interview: 1) First round included a writing test where you will be given a 3-4 page project description and be asked to write a three paragraph summary. Take a look at the FSVC website and newsletter articles and write exactly that same format. This interview round you will interview with the CFO and Managing Director together. Very general questions about why you are interested in the job and past experiences. 2) Second round interview was with the CEO. Again, very general questions about background. Nothing technical about the interview. Both interviews took place during the same week and I was given the offer the same day I left the final interview with the CEO.
