This is a multi-step process that gets you involved with a number of different people in the company, including the supervisor at your local level. It involved both one-on-one interviews and a "seminar" of sorts. Everyone is very nice!

- Initial conversation focused on role expectations and culture. Second interview centered on personal motivators, strengths, and fit, using a motivational assessment and in-depth discussion
