A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn with a thorough explanation about the company. Even though I wasn't actively looking I thought of giving it a try.
I sent my resume and after 2-3 days a hm reached out on WhatsApp and on call he described about the company again and my first technical round got scheduled.
This round got rescheduled twice which is a normal thing for FinBox as per other reviews here .
Finally it happened, the interviewer tried to keep it casual. It was an open ended discussion about my experiences and knowledge.
During this whole interview not a single question was asked in relation with tech stack of the company and the interview was finished on a good note.
No response for a week, I reached out to hm on WhatsApp and he then came up with a response that they are expecting someone with experience in "Fintech".
I was disappointed, though it sounded funny.
They approach you first, take your resume, ask for an interview and then after wasting your time they decide what they really want.
