Files.com UI/User Experience and Web Designer interview questions

I had 2 30 minute phone interviews - 1 with a recruiter and 1 with the CEO. After those, I had an hour-long phone interview with their designer. All phone interviews were a positive experience. After the phone interviews, I completed a paid design test that took around 6 hours in total. Everyone was very responsive, friendly, and considerate of my time.
