This was probably the best end-to-end hiring process I have experienced! I applied for the job online on a Monday night and got a call from the recruiter on Tuesday morning. I was an out-of-market candidate, and the recruiter did a seamless job of arranging my flight and hotel to travel for the in person interviews. There was zero wasted time at any point in the process. After the final round of on-site interviews, I got a call with the offer about a week later, which in my experience is very quick. The only thing that took a while was the background check, because they accidentally did the search for my maiden name instead of married name. Once we figured out what the hold-up was, the rest of the process continued to be perfect. They provided relocation financing as well as helped me figure out where to live.
