Very standard and to the point. general questioning and process. one on one with the branch manager and then a quick interview with the regional manager. offer came in about a week later. they countered the counter offer and it was accepted.

Three step process, First a phone call that went over the basic resume asking if you have an experience in client and customer service. Second interview was with a manager in person at a branch and went into detail about the job and the expectations and what if scenarios. Final round is with the regional manager online.
