I applied online. I interviewed at Fifth Avenue Committee (New York, NY) in May 2019
Interview
Applied online and was called in for an interview. Interviewer was 15 minutes late and was a different person than I was told would be interviewing me, as original contact was out of town but this had not been communicated to me. Questions had little to do with the position and I was asked primarily about my involvement with an on-campus club from freshman year of college that had nothing to do with the position. Was ghosted after an hour long interview for no reason - it's not difficult to send a rejection email.

Interview
I spoke with two people from the program I was interviewing for. They were very friendly and asked very straight forward questions about my past experience. They briefly interviewed me in Spanish though did not ask very many questions -- I did not know this was going to happen. If the position you applied for says that language proficiency is preferred or required, prepare for this.
