Apply online. Get an email from them two days later and then a day after that. They call you for a twenty minute phone interview and first they tell you what the job pays and where its located FIRST which was interesting then later on they ask you hypothethical questions like...

This was mostly a typical behavioural interview. I was asked to describe my strengths and weaknesses, what I would do in a conflict situation. They also want to make sure you are comfortable in a sales environment (even if you are primarily a CSR) where there is pressure to fulfill sale quota.
