I applied online. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Albuquerque, NM) in Feb 2016
Interview
I was contacted by email to see if I was still interested in the position. I was contacted by a lady who described the job and asked if I was still interested after the description. I said I was and she asked very specific questions regarding past experiences. After a question, she suddenly said she wanted to tell me the status of the interview and then suddenly told me basically they were not interested and good luck.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Smithfield, RI) in Feb 2024
Interview
Hard process. Will not consider if you don't have a 3.0GPA. Received my decision 20 mins after I applied which was no. If you haven't heard back from you application in 20 min that's probably a good sign.
