Interview
A short phone interview with the hiring manager. It lasted no more than 15 minutes. The hiring manager described the role. They did say that it would be a quick interview.
There seemed to be no interest in my background and experience other than how skilled I was in using the software. I think the job description could have been defined better to match the hiring manager's expectations.

The overall interview process consists of three rounds, HR, technical and projects. First round is easy, second is tough and third is for doing the assignment. It can be different for other people and other designers
