Applied through my school career center. 45 minute interview with a portfolio manager. Asked mostly questions about my resume and stocks that I follow. I pitched an airline stock, and he asked very in-depth questions about the industry and what I would do if I were to become the airline industry expert at Fidelity.

Interview
First round and then superday. They brought in multiple analyst and associates one by one to interview you while you stayed in a single room all day. It wasn't hard but it was a brutal day to keep your energy up and wits sharp.

Wonderful team, extremely friendly interview process. Process lasted 45 days. Had 5 interviews which included a super day and an interview with the managing director. Mostly behavioral questions.
