Spoke with someone on the recruitment team over the phone who asked a few questions about my resume and why Fidelity. He then gave me the option of interviewing for 2 different teams giving a brief explanation of each. He didn't seem to have a strong idea of what the teams actually did. Then he scheduled an interview with my potential manager who asked about my resume experience and some very basic questions on my financial knowledge.

the first round is a phone screen going over the role and benefits and asks 1 or 2 questions, the final interview is with 2 managers and they ask a bunch of behavioral questions then have five minutes at the end to ask questions

1.HireVue Video Interview-Asked 5 questions.Allowed 3 minutes for each question. Plus, two attempts for every question.Very straight forward behavioral questions. The video interview is just used as an initial screening so no need to stress about it.
