I applied online. Got into 1st round interview within 1 month. Generally behaviour, market and stock pitching questions. Easy and basic tech questions are tested as well. Personally, I believe market view and stock pitching play an essential role in the interview.
Three step interview process, first round 30-min screening with both behavior and some pitch / technicals (pitch-related), second round p-test (they give you a stock and you have 24 hours to do it, then present), third round is a 4 on 1, the questions range from behavioral / resume related to pitch and other conceptual things about investing.
