The interview process for Fidelity is very pleasant. They definitely make you feel welcomed and feel good about the interview regardless of whether you get the job or not. but be careful, there will be a written exam at the end of the interview.

Phone call interview and then panel interview. It was pretty average in difficulty and the whole interview process spanned about two months. I did my interviews virtually since I don't live there.
Filled out an application and was sent an invitation to do video interview via email. The interview process seemed straightforward. The job description included having to pass an exam after a trial period.
