3 step process, 1 coding challenge interview, 1 technical interview (discussing software development concepts) and a final talk with the CEO of the company which was more focused on discussing the work environment, culture, etc.

Question 1
In the second interview, some of the questions revolved around OOP in Java, discussing differences from static and non static functions, different kinds of class accesses (private, public, protected), etc
