First was a group setting , where given to rank priority of importance of situations that would occurr (eg replenish the stock on shop floor)and design and repurpose an existing product

Was a group interview so found it slightly difficult to speak to the interviewer one-on-one, howerver when it got to the individual interviews was a much easier process and overall a better interview experience.

Straightforward interview, many of the usual questions and nothing particularly left field (tell me about a time you did x).
STAR method useful. Got back to me the next day with an offer.
