We are appreciative that you have taken the time to leave us this feedback and also interview with us. Interviewing takes effort and energy, and that’s a responsibility we don’t take lightly. Once we get to this stage, we meet as a team to discuss our feedback and each decision gets the attention it deserves. If we ultimately decide not to move forward, we do try and make a phone call to notify the candidate. If we cannot make contact, an email is generated from our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) so that a candidate does not go without notification of some kind. Based on your feedback, we reviewed all candidate experiences of late to make sure our communication protocols are being followed. We recognize that it is never easy to be taken out of the candidate pool and we are striving to bring caring and empathy into the firing process, especially for people who do not end up being selected.
