Recruiter reached out to me and conducted an interview. Had me send over a few things and told me they'd connect with the hiring managers and schedule a follow-up, then ghosted me. Felt like a waste of time, if you can't bother to follow up (even if it's a rejection) then don't reach out to people.

Intrview with a recruiter than forwarded resume over to human resources. A half hour phone interview and review of resume. Resume than passed over to hiring manager. Excellent phone call with them for over an hour then resume was passed to owner and another employee.
