Federated Insurance interview questions

15 minute phone interview and then was asked to do an interview person interview. Very nice recruiter and seemed interested in learning more about me. You will talk about your experience and then they go over the position.

The interview was definitely challenging, with plenty of detailed questions and a job shadow that added to the intensity, but it ended up being a really positive experience. Watching the person I shadowed genuinely enjoy their work made the role feel even more exciting. Even though the process felt intimidating at times, the interviewers were incredibly encouraging, and we had great conversations beyond the formal questions. Overall, it was a tough interview, but the people involved made it feel welcoming and motivating.
