Very long! Took 8 months. There is a reason it takes this long. Low turnover. They higher a lot of the same people. The want to make sure they have the right person. About 11 different interviews. Unbelievable job and compensation. Great benefits. Awesome company with great training before you hit the field.

They are incredibly thorough in the vetting process. There were two interviews with hiring manager, and interview with me and my wife, then my wife and i were flown to another state for a few hours for the final interview. They asked for my college transcript and went through it with me. Also called every single one of my 6 (i believe) references.
