The interview process consisted of a phone interview. I was offered an in-person interview at the end of the phone interview. The interview was with the Sales and Marketing manager for Federated as well as a Supervisor for the specific position. The Sales and Marketing manager was not easy to impress and difficult to read. He spent about 15 minutes in the beginning of the interview describing the different Federated facilities, number of employees, and positions. After that we went into the interview. The interview portion took over an hour to complete.
